Mr. Wayne Jones, age 72, a resident of Autumn Care Nursing Home, Nashville, North Carolina transitioned to eternal rest on Sunday, April 14, 2024. A celebration of life will be Sunday, April 21, 2024 at 1 pm at Barnes Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, 1004 Railroad Street S, Wilson, NC. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery, 1717 Bishop L.N. Forbes St., Wilson, NC.

A public viewing will be Saturday, April 20, 2024 from 3 pm to 6 pm at Carrons Funeral Home, 726 S. Tarboro St., Wilson, NC. The family is receiving friends at 2204 Howard Jones Ct., Wilson, NC and will assemble there at 12 pm on Sunday in preparation for the funeral procession. Please keep the Jones family in your thoughts and prayers.
