Valerie Denise Ward

Ms. Valerie Denise Ward, age 62, of 502 Minchew St., Wilson, North Carolina transitioned peacefully to eternal rest on Tuesday, June 3, 2025. A celebration of life will be Saturday, June 14, 2025 at 1 pm at Simon Grove Holy Church, 4334 NC Highway 42 East, Wilson, NC.  Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery, 1717 Bishop L.N. Forbes St., Wilson, NC. 

A public viewing will be Friday, June 13, 2025 from 5 pm to 7 pm at Carrons Funeral Home, 726 S. Tarboro St., Wilson, NC. The family is receiving friends at the residence and at 1601 Kincaid Ave., Apt. B2, Wilson, NC. The family will assemble at 502 Minchew St. at 12 pm in preparation for the funeral procession.
