Mr. Thomas Newby, age 99, of 408 Vick St., Wilson transitioned from labor to reward on Saturday, October 2, 2021. A celebration of life will be held Sunday at 1 pm at Tuskeegee Holiness Church 624 Tuskeegee St., Wilson. Interment will be Monday at 12 noon at the Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery. 164 Longs Plant Farm Rd., Goldsboro.
A public viewing will be Saturday from 3 pm to 6 pm at Carrons Funeral Home 726 S. Tarboro St., Wilson. The family is receiving friends at the residence and will assemble there at 12 noon on Sunday in preparation for the funeral procession.
