Starnellar Carter Davis

Ms. Starnellar Carter Davis was born in Wilson, North Carolina on July 21, 1952 to the late Myrtle Carter Thomas and Otis Gaskins.  She peacefully passed away on June 10, 2020 in Augusta, Georgia.  Starnella was preceded in death by her husband, Larry T. Davis; and one sister, Brenda Gaskins.  

She is survived by one son, Maceo V. Carter (Maya) of Gilbert, Arizona; five sisters, Debra Carter of Maryland, Sara Helen Johnson of Michigan, Arteala French, Jackie Powell and Venessa Watson (Haywood) all of North Carolina; two brothers, Otis Carter and Ralph Gaskins (Angela) of North Carolina; four grandsons, Maceo II of Maryland, Xavier, Malcolm and Mason of Arizona; a host of special aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends including two special friends who have been very caring and supportive, Cheryl Williis and Geraldine Carrington.

A private burial service will be held in Augusta, Ga.  Local announcement by Carrons Funeral Home.
