Sarah Mae Pate Green

Mrs. Sarah Mae Pate Green, age 73, of 5024 Heaths Glen Road, Wilson, North Carolina departed this earthly life on Thursday, March 26, 2020.  A private funeral service for family will be held Sunday.

Loving and lasting memories are cherished by her husband, Roy T. Green of the home; her three daughters, Sharon Green of Goldsboro, NC, Francine Green-Estes of Jacksonville, NC and Sheena Pate of the home; her son, Jeffrey Pate (Rosa) of Dudley, NC; one sister, Carrie Mae Tomlin of Wilson, NC; one brother, Jesse Locus of Wilson, NC; nine grandchildren, Shanika Pearce, Keeshia Blue, Jessica Pate, Antonia Pate, Jamaari Gillespie, Zion Johnson, Future Robinson, Andrew Robinson and Fabriana Wright; thirteen great grandchildren; her sisters and brothers-in-law, Jimmy Green, Lizzie Smith (Russell), Bobby Green (Patricia) Levon Green (Josephine), Joyce Applewhite, Mary Tyson, Ronald Green (Bobbie), George Green, Joann Green, Margie Green, Patrick Green (Vanesa), Doris Artis (James), Billy Newton (Clara) and Chester Newton; one goddaughter, Annie Curry; numerous nieces, including a special niece, Roxanne Wiley; nephews, other relatives and friends, including two special friends, Alice Locus and Lizzie Mae Taylor.

A viewing will be held Saturday, March 28, 2020 from 2 pm to 6 pm at Carrons Funeral Home, 726 Tarboro Street SW.  The family will be receiving friends at the residence.
