Sandra Bell Cooper Council

Mrs. Sandra Bell "Sandy Bell" Cooper Council, age 59, of 4005 Hawkbill Circle, North Chesterfield, Virginia formerly of Stantonsburg, North Carolina transitioned to eternal rest on Saturday, May 31, 2025.  Funeral service will be Saturday, June 14, 2025 at 12 pm at Carrons Funeral Home Robert King, Sr. Memorial Chapel, 726 S. Tarboro St., Wilson, NC.  Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery, 1717 Bishop L.N. Forbes St., Wilson, NC.

A public viewing will be Friday, June 13, 2025 from 3 pm to 6 pm at Carrons Funeral Home. The family is receiving friends at 306 N. Travis St., Stantonsburg, NC and will assemble there at 11 am on Saturday in preparation for the funeral procession.
