Reginald "Reggie" Emmanuel Artis

Mr. Reginald Emmanuel Artis, age 59, of 206 Park Avenue, Wilson was called to eternal rest on Saturday, March 31, 2018. Reginald was affectionately known by family and friends at "Reggie". He was the son of Leslie Artis and the late Alice Boyd Artis.
A celebration of his life will be held Saturday, April 7, 2018 at 11 am at L. N. Forbes Original Free Will Baptist Tabernacle, 1800 Lane Street, Ext., Wilson. Minister Myra Artis will deliver the eulogy, and Dr. Thelma Edwards will be the presider. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.

Reggie leaves to cherish loving memories his father, Leslie Artis; one sister, Alice Dozier (Ronald) of Baldwin, NY; one brother, Leslie Artis (Angie) of Laurelton, NY; his grandmother, Rose Stewart of Greenville, NC; four aunts, Louise Johnson of Baltimore, MD, Sallie Fields of Washingtonville, NY, Ruth Smith of Greenville, NC and Sarah Artis of Wilson, NC; two uncles, Odell Boyd and Freddie Boyd of Chester, SC; three nieces, Crystal Tyler (Jamar), Maysha Zakrevskyy (Vadym) and Quiana Dozier; two nephews, Keith Dozier and Mike Artis (Courtney); a host of cousins and friends.
