Penny Ruth Best Bynum

Mother Penny Ruth Best Bynum, age 83, of 4510 Duraleigh Road, Raleigh formerly of Greene County transitioned from labor to reward on Thursday, November 19, 2020.  Funeral service will be Saturday, November 28, 2020 at 2 pm at the Robert King, Sr. Memorial Chapel of Carrons Funeral Home, 726 South Tarboro Street, Wilson.  The Rev. George Ward will officiate.  Interment will follow in the Forbes Family Cemetery, Greene County.

Left to cherish loving memories are her daughters, Lisa Oliver (Ace) of Raleigh, NC, Linda Best (Terry) of Manassas, VA and Cecelia Best of Farmville, NC; her sons, Dennis Best (Kelly) of Stantonsburg, NC and Johnny Best of Wilson, NC; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, a special son-in-law, Earl Peterson of Farmville, NC; two sisters-in-law, Evangelist Burnell Forbes of Wilson, NC and Sadie Daniels of New York; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family is receiving friends at 1111 Grove Street, Wilson where they will assemble at 1 pm on Saturday in preparation for the funeral procession.
