Olivia Elouise Bynum Kirby

Ms. Olivia Elouise Bynum Kirby, age 91, of 5015 Anthony Road, Wilson was called from labor to reward on Monday, January 13, 2020.  A celebration of her life and legacy will be held Saturday, January 18, 2020 at 12 noon at Tabernacle Temple of Jesus Christ. 1601 Lane Street Ext., Wilson.  Elder Herman Lucas will be the eulogist, and Elder David Fate, Jr. will preside.  Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.

She leaves to cherish her memory nine sons, William “Bill” Kirby (Mary) of Bowie MD, Harvey “Jack” Kirby, Ricky Kirby, Jerry Kirby (Brenda), Estee Kirby (Brenda), Braxton Kirby all of Wilson, NC, Dwight Kirby of Greensboro, NC, Anthony Kirby (Deborah) of  Ft. Washington, MD and Michael Kirby (Tonya) of Raleigh, NC; five daughters, Linda Kirby (Donald) of Fayetteville, NC, Brenda White, Rochelle Tollerson, Debbie Bredell (Kenneth) all of Wilson, NC and Romaine Williams (Haywood) of Clinton MD;  one bonus son, L.H. Horton of Newark, NJ;  three sisters, Nettie Becton, Deborah Bynum of Wilson, NC and Doris Watson of Greensboro, NC; a multitude of grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

A viewing will be held Friday, January 17, 2020 from 3 pm to 7 pm at Carrons Funeral Home, 726 South Tarboro Street, Wilson.
