Naomi Horton Hinnant

Minister Naomi Horton Hinnant, age 90, of Wilson, North Carolina passed away on Thursday, December 14, 2017.  She was the daughter of the late Sidney Horton and Cora Johnson Horton.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at 1 pm at St. Delight Church 7435 NC Highway 58, Kenly, NC.  Bishop Allan Smith will deliver the eulogy, and Supt. Braxton Browser, Sr. will preside.  Interment will follow in St. Delight Church Cemetery, Kenly.

Loving memories are cherished by her daughter, Sylvia Anderson (Rev. James Anderson) of Columbia, SC; her sons, Kenneth Ray Hinnant (Cynthia), James Edward Hinnant, Sr. and Curtis Tyronne Hinnant all of Wilson; eleven grandchildren, several great grandchildren, a daughter-in-law, Minnie Hinnant, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A viewing will be held Tuesday, December 19, 2017 from 2 pm to 6 pm at Carrons Funeral Home.  The family is receiving friends at the residence of her son, Kenneth Ray Hinnant 207 Kenmore St., Wilson and will assemble there at 12 noon on Wednesday in preparation for the funeral procession.
