Minister Edna Jean Williams Montague, age 72, of 54 R'Dons Road, Stantonsburg, North Carolina transitioned from labor to reward on Saturday, January 17, 2026.  A celebration of her life and work has been rescheduled for Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2026 at 11 am at Carrons Funeral Home, Robert King, Sr. Memorial Chapel, 726 S. Tarboro St., Wilson, NC.  Interment will follow in the St. Delight Cemetery, Walstonburg, NC.

 The family is receiving friends at the residence and will assemble there at 10 am on Wednesday in preparation for the funeral procession.
