Melvin Moore, age 71 of 413 Railroad Street, Sharpsburg, NC passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2017.
Funeral service will be private at the request of the family. Professional services have been entrusted to Carrons Funeral Home, "The Willing Friend," located at 325 East Nash Street, Wilson, NC.
Melvin leaves to cherrish his loving memories to; his daughters, Julie Moore, Karen Battle and Melva Moore; his son, Marcus; his sisters, Doris Armstrong and Hortence Taylor; two granddaughters; four grandsons; one daughter-in-law; two sons-in-law; nieces and nephews; and dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Rosalee Moore; his son, Little Melvin Moore; five sisters and three brothers.
