McKinley Burgess, Jr.

Mr. McKinley "June" Burgess, Jr., age 68, of 709 Hooks Street, Wilson passed away on Monday, March 4, 2019. Funeral service will be held Saturday at 3 pm at Carrons Funeral Home 325 East Nash St., Wilson.  Bishop Billy Lee Woodard will officiate.  Interment will follow in Hamilton Burial Garden.

Left to cherish loving memories are his daughter, Wendy Barnes Williams; three sisters, Cynthia Burgess Woodard, Co-Pastor Janice Burgess Davis (David) and Romaine Burgess Edmundson (William)  who was also his caregiver all of Wilson, NC; one brother, Costa Ronald Burgess (Gwen) of Wilson, NC; one granddaughter, Emmonnie Di'asia Jones; one great granddaughter, Alyric Zy'monnie Jones; his god brother, Otis Cooper of Rocky Mt., NC; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, a host of other relatives and friends.
