Mattie Beatrice Scarbrough

Deaconess Mattie Beatrice Scarbrough, age 83, of 5031 White Oak Loop, Wilson was called from labor to reward on Thursday, May 2, 2019.  Funeral service will be held Saturday, May 11, 2019 at 2 pm at Brown Chapel Free Will Baptist Church, 1507 Hadley Street, Wilson.  The Rev. Steven Kent will be the eulogist, and the Rev. James Lucas will preside.  Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson.

Loving and lasting memories are forever cherished by her daughters, Patricia Ann Artis (Marvin), Myra Applewhite, Mary Hall, Joyce Liles (Leslie) and Patricia Hutcherson (Claude) all of Wilson, NC; one son, Thurman Farmer (Annie) of Wilson, NC ; three brothers, Timothy Seaberry (Anita) of Norfolk, VA, Joseph Lee Seaberry (Carolyn) of Arizona and Kenneth Ray Seaberry of Wilson, NC; several grandchildren, several great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
