Ms. Mary Frances Whitfield Stokes, age 86, of Washington, DC formerly of Wayne County transitioned from labor to reward on Friday, January 15, 2021.  Graveside service will be Saturday, February 6, 2021 at 11 am at the Old Mill Cemetery, Goldsboro.
