Ms. Laverne Baker, age 90, of Wilson, North Carolina transitioned to eternal rest on Tuesday, May 20, 2025. Funeral service will be Saturday, May 24, 2025 at 12 pm at Carrons Funeral Home Robert King, Sr. Memorial Chapel, 726 S. Tarboro St., Wilson, NC. Interment will follow in the Rest Haven Cemetery, 1717 Bishop L.N. Forbes St., Wilson, NC.
A public viewing will be Friday, May 23, 2025 from 4 pm to 7 pm at Carrons Funeral Home. Please remember the Baker Family in your prayers. Condolences may be directed to carronsfuneralhome.com or faxed to 252.237.0120. They may also be emailed to carronsfuneralhome@gmail.com.
