Ms. Joyce Ruth Ward, age 84, of 1800 Freeman Street SE, Lot 60, Wilson, North Carolina transitioned from labor to reward on Tuesday, July 7, 2026. Funeral service will be held Sunday, July 19, 2026 at 11 am at Mt. Hebron Seventh-day Adventist Church, 700 Pender St. Wilson NC. Interment will follow at Rest Haven Cemetery, 1717 Bishop LN Forbes St. Wilson, NC 

A public viewing will be Saturday July 18, 2026 from 3 pm to 6 pm at Carrons Funeral Home 726 S Tarboro St, Wilson NC. The family is receiving friends at the residence and will assemble there at 10 am on Sunday in preparation for the funeral procession. Please remember the Ward Family in your prayers.
