Ms. Joyce J. Diggins, age 73 of 1113 Woodrow St., Wilson passed away on Friday, October 6, 2017. Joyce was born in Wilson, North Carolina to the late Roosevelt Diggins and Lossie Taylor Diggins.
Funeral service will be held 2 pm Saturday, October 14, 2017 at Carrons Funeral Home. The Rev. Dr. Dorothy Brunson will officiate.
Precious are cherished by her sons, Leon Edwards, Arnold Edwards, Keith Edwards all of Wilson, NC, Willie Ward of Rochester, NY and Willis Williams of Stantonsburg, NC; her daughters, Keisha Neal and Julia Watson of Wilson, NC; three sisters, Rev. Dr. Dorothy Brunson, Mary Frances Ward (Charlie) of Wilson, NC and Bernice Lewis of Oceanside, CA; one brother, Tony Diggins (Janice) of Wilson, NC; eighteen grandchildren, twenty-six great grandchildren, two sisters-in-law, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family is receiving friends at the residence and will assemble there at 1 pm on Saturday in preparation for the funeral procession. Please keep the Diggins Family in prayer.
