Mr. John "Big Boy" Carter, Jr., age 68, of 2406 Fitch Dr., Wilson, North Carolina transitioned on Monday, November 28, 2022.  Funeral service will be Sunday, December 4, 2022 at 2 pm at Brown Chapel Church, 1507 Hadley St., Wilson, NC.  Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery,

A public viewing will be Saturday, Dec, 3, 2022 from 3 pm to 6 pm at Carrons Funeral Home 726 S. Tarboro St., Wilson,  The family is receiving friends at the residence and will assemble there at 1 pm on Sunday in preparation for the funeral procession.
