Joe Williams, Jr.

Mr. Joe Williams, Jr., age 70, of Goldsboro formerly of Wilson was called from labor to reward on Saturday, November 24, 2018.  Joe was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.  Funeral service will be held Saturday, Dec. 1 at 12 noon at St. Luke Free Will Baptist Church 311 Church St., Stantonsburg.  Bishop Willie Thomas will officiate.  Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery Veterans Section.

Loving memories are forever cherished by his wife, Bruce Belinda Williams of Egg Habor Township, NJ: his daughters and sons, Joseph Williams and Felecia Williams of Goldsboro, NC, Charise Gaylord, Jutroy Williams and Jonathan Williams all of Wilson, NC; two brothers, Kenneth Barnes of Wilson, NC an David Barnes of Long Island, NY; five grandchildren, a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A viewing will be held Friday, Nov. 30 from 4 pm to 6 pm at Carrons Funeral Home and on Saturday, Dec. 1 from 10 am to 12 noon at St. Luke Church.  The family will assemble at Carrons Funeral Home 325 East Nash St., Wilson at 11 am on Saturday in preparation for the funeral procession.
