Gladys Olivia Smith Adams

Ms. Gladys Olivia Smith Worthy Adams, age 99, of 205 Goldsboro St. E., Apt. 2, Wilson transitioned from labor to reward on Thursday July 22, 2021. A celebration of her life and legacy will be Sunday at 2 pm at Contending for the Faith Church Ministries 1006 Academy St., Wilson.  Bishop Elosie Sessoms will deliver the eulogy.  Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.

A public viewing will be Saturday from 1 pm to 4 pm at Carrons Funeral Home 726 South Tarboro St., Wilson with an inspirational wake from 6 pm to 7 pm at St. John Apostolic Holiness Church 5449 Central Rd., Black Creek.  The family is receiving friends at the residence and will assemble there at 1 pm on Sunday in preparation for the funeral procession.  Please keep the Adams family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.  Condolences may be directed to carronsfuneralhome.com or faxed to 252.237.0120.  They may also be emailed to carronsfuneralhome@gmail.com.
