Edberna Shersandra Jenkins

Ms. Edberna Shersandra Jenkins, age 33, of 507 Fleming Street, Wilson passed away on Wednesday, January 31, 2018.  She was the daughter of Edward Jenkins and the late Helen Marie Barnes Melvin.

A homegoing celebration will be held 12 noon Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Carrons Funeral Home, 325 East Nash St., Wilson.  The Rev. Kenneth McCarter will deliver the eulogy, and Evangelist Lavern Rodgers will preside.  Interment will follow in Hamilton Burial Garden.

Precious and loving memories are cherished by her son, Lan'Cyarius B. Farmer-Jenkins of the home; her father, Edward Jenkins of Wilson, NC; three sisters, Toeda Marie Jenkins of Wilson, NC, Ann Marie Jenkins of Montgomery, AL and Kimberly Russell of Virginia Beach, VA; one brother, Seve Douglas Foster of Elm City, NC; her maternal grandmother, Ruby Lee Barnes of Stantonsburg, NC; seven aunts, three uncles, including a very special uncle and friend, Thomas John Barnes; one niece, Ah Blessyn Jenkins; three nephews, Damir Russell, Jyi-Mari Yelverton and Syn'Tariyus Hornea host of other relatives and friends.

A viewing will be held Friday from 3 pm to 7 pm at Carrons Funeral Home.  The family is receiving friends at the residence and will assemble there at 11 am on Saturday in preparation for the funeral procession.
