Mr. Earnest "Tres" Hunter, III, age 34, of 509 Walton Street SW, Wilson, North Carolina transitioned to eternal rest on Thursday, August 20, 2026. Funeral service will be Saturday, August 29, 2026 at 1:30 pm at Carrons Funeral Home, Robert King, Sr. Memorial Chapel, 726 S. Tarboro St., Wilson, NC. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery, 1717 Bishop L.N. Forbes St., Wilson, NC.

A public viewing will be Friday, August 28, 2026 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the funeral home. The family will assemble at Carrons Funeral Home at 12:45 pm on Saturday in preparation for the service. Please keep the Hunter Family in your prayers.
