Dewese Williamson Newsome Tillery

December 10, 1935 — February 11, 2021

Ms. Dewese Williamson Newsome Tillery, age 85, of 200 N. Woodlawn Ave. Aldan, PA formerly of Wilson was called from labor to reward on Thursday, Feb. 11, 2021.  A celebration of her life will be Saturday, February 20, 2021 at 10 am at the Robert King, Sr. Memorial Chapel of Carrons Funeral Home, 726 South Tarboro Street, Wilson.  Pastor Sandi Newsome will deliver the eulogy, and Pastor Kenneth Lofton will preside.  Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.

A public viewing will be Friday from 5 pm to 8:30 pm with an inspirational wake from 7 pm to 8 pm at Carrons Funeral Home.  The family is receiving friends at 2222 Imperial Ave., Wilson and will assemble there at 9 am on Saturday in preparation for the funeral procession.  Family and friends who wish to view livestream may visit Carrons Funeral Home on Facebook.
