Betty Gean Kent

Ms. Betty Gean Atkinson Kent, age 67, of 1116 Hanover Avenue, Wilson, North Carolina transitioned from this earthly life to eternal rest on Monday, December 8, 2025.  A celebration of life will be Saturday, Dec. 20, 2025 at 11 am at L.N. Forbes Original Free Will Baptist Tabernacle, 1800 Bishop L.N. Forbes St., Wilson, NC.  Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery, 1717 Bishop L.N. Forbes St., Wilson, NC.

A public viewing will be Friday, Dec. 19, 2025 from 5 pm to 7 pm at Carrons Funeral Home, 726 S. Tarboro St., Wilson, NC. The family is receiving friends at the residence and will assemble there at 10 am on Saturday, Dec. 20, 2025 in preparation for the funeral procession.  Please keep the Atkinson and Kent Family in your thoughts and prayers.
