Ms. Bettie Mae "Bonnie" Zimmerman Artis, age 80, of 905 Randolph Street, Apt. B, Wilson, NC transitioned peacefully on Friday, June 3, 2022. A celebration of her life and legacy will be Sunday, June 12, 2022 at 2 pm at Wilson Chapel Free Will Baptist Church, 513 East Barnes Street, Wilson. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.
A public viewing will be Saturday, June 11, 2022 from 4 pm to 8 pm at Carrons Funeral Home, 726 South Tarboro Street, Wilson. The family is receiving friends at the residence and will assemble there at 1 pm on Sunday in preparation for the funeral procession.
